How do I Book an Event with you?

Getting started is easy. Reach out through our contact form, schedule a call or send us text—we will walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way. We will discuss your needs and budget for your upcoming wedding or event to find the perfect package option for you and begin planning.


Do you offer payment plans?

Yes we do. We make it simple to pay monthly payments for your upcoming wedding or event through online invoicing, cash, check, money order or other online payment options and the best part we do not charge an additional fee for this service! To lock in your desired date we require a $500 deposit and then we will build a Monthly payment plan for you to have your package paid in full prior to your event making it an manageable process.


What are the Vendor Requirements?

We are an open vendor venue meaning we do not require you to use a preferred vendors list. You are free to pick and choose your own licensed and insurance vendors for Dj, Coordinating, Photo, Makeup, Hair, Catering, Decorating, Photos booths, Video and more or we are happy to assist you in booking our team for any of your vendors needs


What are the Requirements to have Alcohol?

Can I add services to my Wedding Package?

We welcome you to have alcohol spirits present to celebrate your event. However if you will have alcohol at our location we require our licensed and insured Bartender to be present for the entirety of the event. They will offer the Bartending service for you. The host MUST provide the alcohol. This is the one required vendor at the venue due to liability concerns. Pricing starts at $500 for up to 6 hours of service.


Yes! If you would like to have more options included in the Wedding Venue package but you do not need a fully all inclusive package we offer additional services that can be added on to your package such as: Coordinating & Dj services, Photography services, Decorating services, Full Staffing Services, Catering Services & Bartending Services

What is the latest we can host our Event?

What is standard time frame included in wedding and party packages?

We are a DIY friendly venue. This means that we welcome you and your family to bring your own food, set up your own decorations and host your own event should you so choose to do so but if you need help we have venue staff that can be hired on to help with any services you may need assistance with

Yes. Due to liability we require day of event insurance. The price for this coverage is very affordable and averages $1.50 per perso. It is paid by the host through a link on your contract that is a quick online process that takes under 5 minutes to complete.


The latest we are allowed to have Music is 10PM .

The latest we allow people on the property is 11PM.


With any Full Wedding Day Package or Full All Inclusive Wedding Day Package the total time provided is 12 hours and the standard time frame is from 11AM until 11PM .

With any Micro Wedding Package the total amount of time is 8 hours and the standard time frame is from 3PM until 11PM.

With any Party Event Package the total amount of time provided is 8 hours.

ALL wedding events will begin between 430PM and 530PM and will end by 930PM or 1030PM - for a total of 5 Hours Unless discussed, confirmed, and changed with the contract agreement.

Start and Finish times can be adjusted by requested. Brunch and Morning options are available by request.
